Imuvant Media runs Meta ads and builds AI coworkers, automations and websites for businesses. This site is imuvantmedia.com. For anything in this policy, email support@imuvantmedia.com.
What we collect
Enquiry form. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email, brand and website, revenue bracket, and whatever you write in the message. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which passes it to our inbox.
Booking a call. If you book through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter and shares them with us. Their handling of that data is covered by Calendly's own privacy policy.
Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any host, it processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to serve the site and keep it secure.
Fonts. Page text is set in Space Grotesk, loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and how visitors find us. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. We use it in aggregate, not to identify you. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people who have visited this site. It sets cookies and sends Meta the pages you view. You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, run a call with you, and decide whether we are a fit. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox for as long as they are useful for the conversation. If nothing comes of it, we clear old enquiries out periodically. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@imuvantmedia.com and we will act on it. If you are in the EU, UK, California or Australia, you may have additional statutory rights, and this is how you exercise them.
Changes
If we change this policy the date at the top changes with it.
